Well, I always have a naked person at the beginning of my NaNo novels ... it's a tradition now.
<snicker> I should challenge y'all to work a naked person into your first chapter.

There's a naked person in the first chapter of the story I've been working on before NaNo...does that count? It's more of a surgical naked than anything very exciting.

Nekkid is nekkid.
My naked people aren't usually doing anything exciting at first --- walking from a pool to their chambers, lying on the side of the road, falling from the sky. The current naked guy may just be walking along, wearing clothes, a victim of a naughty computer program.
Now, later on in the novel, my characters get very "exciting!" <laughing!>

My only regret is that I didn't have more to give you when you needed it.I see it now as moving on to another phase of troop support. This helmet issue is far more important than our little knife "business". There's even a Michigan chapter of Operation Helmet. I'll save one of the upgraded helmets for them for "show and tell" purposes.
And I'll still be dispensing my product reviews and gadget wisdom, such as it is, at the Hobbit Hole site.
