I was just driving behind a car last week with the vanity license plate "DEAF". He was weaving all over the place. As I got closer, I saw the reason for the weaving. He was carrying on a spirited conversation in sign language (both hands) with his passenger. Not watching the road or keeping a hand on the wheel. A truly dangerous dumbass.

I was almost run over by a lady (who was NOT deaf) who came within one foot of me before she stopped her car. She was distracted talking on her cell phone. She was truly a dangerous dumb-ass!
