defied inhumane immigration laws
No, Elvira defied the laws of this country. She is a criminal. She is also using her son to try to get passed the law again.
She needs to be deported as a message to other who come here illegally and try to use their American born children as a way to supersede our immigration laws---she's inhumane.

Saul, her son, is a United States citizen, who like 3.2 million other children, faces the forced separation from his mother. IMO, This law should be changed...A child born in the USA to an ILLEGAL immigrant should NOT become a citizen just by being born on US soil.
