You make excellent points. It is a slippery slope. You put someone away for a criminal tendency, although they haven't committed a crime... what will eventually be considered a crime, being conservative, for example?

There has to be a reason why Karr was only allowed "supervised" visits with his boys. We keep thinking "girls" because of the cases he discussed. Don't forget his sympathy for Michael Jackson who should have had his kids taken away a long time ago.

I'm glad at least a few people get the point I'm making. And your example is excellent. If we ever get to the point when we put people in jail for their tendencies, then any tendency can be criminalized.
