But when you've spent almost a decade playing the most famous gay man in America, it's not easy to branch out to pastures new, as Eric McCormack is finding out.I always like it when an article tells me how famous an actor or character is, and I have no idea what they are talking about. :-)

Never saw the show, and I have absolutely no idea who this guy is, but I doubt it's because he's been typecast that he can't get the roles he wants.
