What people are missing the reason Mr. Paul had any felony was James Earl Carter's permission to allow dictators like Fidel access to our patriots. Fidel had as much to say about US Foreign Policy during the Carter Presidential era as any congressman or senator in fact more power. To believe that the Clinton action was not part of the retribution taken for Carter and others in insane. We have in this man an example of a Cold War Warrior left out in the cold. The essence of the Clinton administration was the vindication of Carter an attempt at rewriting the history of James Earl Carters activities as a traitor.
