As I said on the other thread, Gottlieb is not an MD or a RN so is he even allowed to testify about someone who was seen by multiple MDs and RNs who can testify as to her condition.

And the SANE can testify as to what she said. So would Gottliebs claims of what a medical professional said to him matter?

I was kind of wondering about that, too. Being in pain could mean a lot of things. Newsflash to the NY Times: having too many beers and falling down the stairs can be a pretty painful experience.

“I grabbed the female and attempted to pull her from the vehicle,” Sergeant Shelton wrote. “She grabbed the emergency brake with her left hand and would not come out of the car.
