Yes FReepers and FReeperettes, its time once again for another season of Survivor.
This time they are in the Cook Islands, in the middle of the South Pacific.
I was going to start off this thread by informing you all about how Mark Burnetts Production Company has decided to split the tribe along ethnic backgrounds. But that subject has been pretty much beaten to death on at least three different threads. So. . . .
I would like to point out that for all their talk about minorities not applying to the show as much as whites and about how they had to send their casting producers out to round up minorities, they apparently didnt have to look too far.
Of the 20 contestants recruited for this season, no less than 13 are from California!
And of those 13, NINE are from the greater Los Angeles area!
So much for diversity!
be careful with those screen caps, lol
And a proposal at the live finale!
Whiteys aren't representing too well, LOL
I haven't singled anyone out yet, still too early.
several really overwight guys, they are gonna have a hard time with the challenges.
Hehe, I'll try!
Jeff asks the important question: "Who has the chickens?"
The white team doesn't admit that they lost them.
The challenge is a puzzle/ladder thing. The reward for first place is a fire making kit. The top three win immunity and flints. The last team to finish goes to tribal council.
The Hispanics are second.
The Whites are third.
The Blacks are going to council. But they get to choose one person from another tribe to go to Exile Island.
The two guys from the Black tribe make the decision, leaving the women out.
They get revenge on Whitey for the chicken theft--sending Jonathan to the Island.
Does anybody see the humor in their decision making process? ;)
Yes :)
Jonathan was a good choice. He's strong and has a definite leadership quality to him. That was a good race.
Yes....
...it's under the big W...
The 2 black guys were so hell bent on getting the chicken thief (only a short term victory for them) that they missed getting Cao Boi out on the island to slow down the asians.
2 idiots.
This Exile Island is small and flat. No shelter but a shipwreck.
