Easy way to deal with 'coons.
1.) Reduce coon to dead flesh with application of firearm of choice. I like a .22
2.) Skin and clean. Pick most of fat off the bone. This is tedious, but makes for a tastier meal.
3.) Put in large roaster. Stack sweet potatoes around bottom. Salt/Pepper to taste, splash zesty Italian dressing on meat.
4.) Cook at 350 until done to the bone.
How do I get the roaster into the raccoon?...........
They're tasty when cooked on the grill, too.
Also, there's a certain bone that makes a nice toothpick.
