I googled "Don Lehew" and came up with a synopsis of a Texas Monthly article on him back from July 1992. That's not funny -- but what is funny is the cover of that month:

Guess what?? I saw someone on CNN this afternoon that was talking about Photoshopped pictures, and doctored pictures. He used this cover as an example. It's not Ann Richards, just her head....

That's a bad Photoshop job on the cover of that magazine. Of course, it was 1992, so things have gotten more sophisticated, but they could at least have had the head match the body size.
