All I can say is... it is very possible that Karr has/had connections in Boulder with some non attention seeking child porn pedophile and Karr may have visited him at some point. This non attention seeking child porn pedophile is not going to come out of the woodwork just to verify that Karr was in Boulder at some point due to Karr and this persons common child porn pedophile interests.

Are persons who have an interest in child porn tagged as pedophile? Or are they only tagged as pedophiles after they have sexually touched or assaulted a child?

The article is very vague, and I would like to know when, too. But that was the first indication I found (others are now saying they have reason to believe he was in Boulder, but then, that was the first I found).
