That clinic specializes in sex change AND COMSETIC SURGERY.

Despite our present take on his "breasts", he may have been getting nervous and wanted his "facial appearance" changed.

They said he appeared paranoid while at the Cafe Internet Sites and he mentions "paranoid" in one of his emails.
