Still confusing --- your first post reads April 2003 --- the second, April 2002.
They are two different things. The first is from the conviction for the child porn, as I understand it. The 2nd is the final ousting, for continuous flagrant rules violations. And there was one before the 2002 one, also - in 2001.
Oh, they have to have a meeting for each step along the way. You know, so they can suspend him but still say to the parents and others "innocent until proven guilty" and then "we have suspended him (with pay) until the outcome of our investigation" and then "we are still investigating" and then "we are deliberating the findings of the investigation" then "nothing to see here, folks, move along" and then "never darken our hallways again, you sob."
Then they can all laugh about how odd he is and think they've CYA'ed themselves.
