There was a kid posting his progress on the net.
But I think his mother found out and made him stop. His page has disappeared, it was hilarious. He was simultaneously using ALL the available pills, gadgets (not just a pump, apparently their are rack like devices). The regimen sounded insane and painful.

This linked story says he got one year, so I'm guessing the rest is parole.
"A US jury has sentenced 59 year-old Oklahoma judge, Donald D. Thompson, to one year in prison for using a penis pump on the bench during three murder trials and a civil case."

This ever enlarging story continues to come up. The case stands out in the long history of judicial process. In this instance, the jury was not hung, altough the trail left some limp from the ordeal.
