What about a possible connection to this guy:

From archives: one man named in the Ramseys’ book, Michael Helgoth, committed suicide two months after the murder and one day after District Attorney Alex Hunter announced they were narrowing the search for JonBenet’s killer.

A stun gun was found near Mr. Helgoth’s body, as well as “HI-TEC” boots. Evidence in the case suggests that JonBenet’s killer used a stun gun on her. Unidentified shoeprints from HI-TEC boots also were found in the Ramseys’ basement.

They must have compared the DNA, shoeprint, palm print, where he was at the time of the murder and the problems that precipitated the suicide. Obviously, they cleared him of any involvement. NO ONE likes Cold Cases that involve a child and a predator.

I'm a "you gotta get a perp with three pieces of strong evidence" to convict him and do away with reasonable doubt.

The Peterson trial was a good example. He never thought the bodies would surface. Until then, everything was tooooo circumstantial.

I'm pretty certain they have the right guy. The note matches the crime and his mindset. His "Victory" is against the rich and positions of power....the people who have "stopped him" from being a success.

Now the picture of the bear has surfaced. They said her little bear had a heart on it. Did he put a heart on her hand...just like the bear?? Where is the heart on the bear?
