I do not know if John Karr is guilty and will wait to give judgement when it is known if he was in CO at the time of Jonbenet's murder or not, the DA decides not to file charges against him for murder of Jonbenet, his ex wife can provide a photograph of him with the family at Christmas 1996, the DNA doesn't match, or something else happens to prove he did or did not do it.

2 very sick and demented people hooking up with each other is a great possibility in pedophile world. If Karr's DNA comes up negative I still think the LE has some info from Karr that was not released to the public and they want to know how Karr knows this info.

Actually you just put forth a very plausible scenario, and a scenario in which Karr would have a huge vested interest.

Remember, Karr has already been convicted in absentia in California on Multiple charges of Possession of Child Pornography.

So.lets say Karr, who is fascinated with the Klass and Ramsey cases, and who has tried to converse with Richard Davis, gets his second big scoop -- he runs into the actual killer of Jonbenet Ramsey. The killer shares his story with Karr, thereby giving Karr the inside information that the sources are saying he has given.

Now, Karr parlays this information into an arrest and return to the states by posing as the killer. Now that he is here he recants -- BUT says the information I gave you is just a "taste", I can lead you straight to the real killer, and all you have to do is make that little mess in California "go away".

Right, he didn't take it for the same reason he left the cord around her neck. He's no longer functioning in a planning, crime committing mode. Now, he is thinking like a grief stricken person who has lost someone they believe they loved. He covers her, and places the jersey as a sentiment to memorialize her. Then he gets the heck out of there.

The autopsy photos have been available on the web for ages (or so I understand from those who have seen them. I'm not looking.) By now I'm sure there are no secrets about this case that cant be found on the web or on some pedophile underground website. Which is probably as close as this nutjob has gotten to Bolder, Co or the Ramsey's.

I know you disagree with the classmate.

My last posts to you were to show that the letters S.B.T.C. were at the end of the ransom note, that the writer of the note signed the note with those letters.

You previously stated that they weren't even in the note.

I haven't ruled the suspect totally in or out, yet. I'm waiting.

Do I think it's possible he's the one? Yes.

Am I certain of it?

No.

I wondered about that. Did his wife have any prenatal care? And if it was a premature delivery, they should have know the risk would be high. Why didn't they go to the hospital if that was the case?

sfgate.com has an article that says his wife put in a divorce petition that he blamed her for a miscarriage. They presume she is referring to the twins.

Who knows, but it doesn't sound right to me. I can't figure how to newborn twins born at home just die. Frankly I can't understand why charges weren't filed for medical neglect of some sort!

It's S.B.T.C. (Shall Be The Conqueror), not SCTC.

It is meaningful to look at as a factor, since he made such a point of words with those beginning letters when he signed the yearbook, and a long time later he confesses to a murder in which a "ransom note" is signed at the end with the deliberate letters, S.B.T.C.

If investigators did not consider that meaningful enough to take a look at its possible connection or significance, they wouldn't be doing a thorough job.

In that part of his statement that I heard, he called her Patricia several times...always in context of his efforts to be in communication with her and get his points across to her that he was sorry about what happened to Jon Benet, wanting to do so before she died, wanting to be assured that she either read or was aware of his writings.

It startled me when I heard it. It sounded unlike what I'm used to hearing...Patsy is Patsy to the world, though of course her birthname is Patricia.

It fits with what you said he was trying to do...place himself inside their world. At first, he was gloating over having gotten the best of them. Most recently, it's like he was trying to participate in the grief in their world...whether grief all these years over Jon Benet, or grief over the recent passing of Patsy.

To: Sacajaweau; All

Here is some more details... (sorry I cannot remember all the other names of people to ping)

http://www.sanfranciscosentinel.com/news_in_brief/jonbenet_ramsey_060818.shtml (please go to link to read all of it)

SANTA ROSA (BCN) - The former wife of John Mark Karr, the man suspected of killing of JonBenet Ramsey, said in her Sonoma County divorce papers she was unaware of Karr's Internet activities "as they related to pornography and certainly not his propensity to 'kiddy porn.'"

Lara Karr asked the Sonoma County Superior Court to protect her and her children in an Oct. 18, 2001 request for sole custody of the couple's three children. She also asked that Karr have no visitation with them.

Can you provide a link?

I've thought about it also in the last few days and called a friend of mine who works in the Foreign Service and has been attached to Embassies all over the world. He tells me that the fact that ICE and the FBI agreed to pick this guy up in a foreign country on a warrant issued by a D.A. back in the states means that the evidence was very compelling.

There's another thing in that yearbook:

He's still writing to Tara but this is written AFTER he has signed his name and he has totally changed the subject: "Sometimes, so blurred by my own eyes, I've seen the best things come and go simultaneously";

During one of his interviews overseas they quote him as describing the encounter as a "blur".

We have blurry vision here on FR sometimes....It's when we're crying.

So, the guy has his own language......like most of us do.

That yearbook seems really, really important as to as "how he thinks", "How he writes". He may have even kept his.

I read that as well ST.L on another thread yesterday and IIRC it said that Karr himself delivered the children at home and both died at birth. How's that for creepy.
