Did you see the comparison of his hand writing to the ransom note? They showed it briefly on one of the news channels and the small "a"'s looked EXACTLY the same to my unprofessional eye.
Yes! That and the whole SBTC--Victory! thing just jumped out at me. I could never understand the Victory at the end of the ransom note. But if you couple it with (I) Shall Be The Conqueror, it is very eerie.
