YIKES...his TWINS DIED on the day they were BORN...AT HOME???? Sounds VERY WIERD.

I have a feeling that this is like the Unabomber...the brother contacted the cops (or visa.versa after seeing or reading something or whatever.
Interesting that the NOTE contains the word HENCE, a word Patsy uses. But it might be a southern thing..a bible thumping leftover. While I was writing an historical novel, I found myself using the same word.
