This is good stuff. We have more to fear in this country with the disintegration of heterosexual marriages than we have to fear with an incease in homosexual marriages.

This is my proposal: Keep no fault divorce as it is but the spouse filing for divorce has to forfeit ALL assets except the clothes on their back. Otherwise divorce can be granted if one spouse can prove fault e.g. cheating, abuse etc.
