I bet he instructed Karr to pull this UNFUNNY little stunt to get him out of whatever trouble he might have been in Thai!
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
Karr was arrested at his apartment.
He was not in Thai custody until we asked that they pick him up.
Ergo, he was not in "trouble in Thailand" until we made trouble for him.
