That's another question I'm asking myself. Where did he get the money to be such a world traveler? His employment history doesn't suggest he was making much money and I doubt he was sending anything in child support. Who was footing the bill for visits to Europe and the Far East?
I don't know about the plane tickets (perhaps travelling with adult male who was paying him for "favors"). But living there is dirt cheap. He was paying $170/month at the hotel he was living at. And could have been doing odd jobs on the side like teaching English (which was among the claims on his resume).
