I guess I wasn't clear. There are certain drugs that the toxicology report cannot detect depending on the number of hours that have passed since administration of the drug and the performance of the toxicology tests.
That is why date rapists and pedophiles use those drugs.
Those drugs are used on live people. If someone is lucky enough to be tested for them soon enough, which almost never happens, the drug is gone because their living bodies got rid of it.
