A judge is not going to sign an arrest warrant for a suspect in Thailand because a kook confesses.

Look at the 'Duke Rape' case. They got an arrest warrant without any evidence whatsoever.

Please tell me you can see the difference in these two cases.
We are talking about involving the federal authorities and those of a foreign government. Also the difference in the two prosecutors in these cases. Nilfong had reasons to "embellish" and Lacy has cause to be extra cautious.

That was a 15 minute indictment by a DA WHO OBVIOUSLY sleeps with the judges in a Town which would indict very rich white boys for looking cross-eyed at a black........to cover up the fact that their own detectives would beat up a black dude and walk away laughing.
