If the note was in Patsy's handwriting, she would have spent the last 10 years of her life in jail. The note is not nor ever was conclusive. I agree about the creep and jail. We have all seen children attacked in their own homes these last few years...in some cases the parents were murdered for their kids. Why is it so difficult to believe a creep (if not the creep the arrested) got into the house and waited until all were asleep, overpowered the child and murdered her. He would have had time while they were out to look around-finding the basement room and reading private mail which would explain the $118,000.00 mentioned in the ransom note. He may even have been stalking the family-using the computer possibly. It can and has happened before.

As I stated earlier, I do not know why the DA's office refused to allow the grand jury hear Mr. Foster's conclusion, that Patsy, without a shred of doubt, wrote that note.

And the reason I cannot believe that a creep entered the house and killed Jonbenet, etc., etc., is because of that note.
