Personally, I don't like black people in my workplace because they are more likely to steal from me. My bias against any given black individual is justified by the fact that the prison population is disproportionally black.

We do background checks on individuals we hire and you should do a background check on individuals you have watch your kids. To do anything else is living in la la land. Group membership is irrelevant. There are plenty of sicko women out there.
