I hope to hell they have the right guy. If not, this case is shot to hell regardless of who is arrested or what is learned in the future. I wonder (and I know nothing about law) if he is being brought back as a material witness? (Not even sure if that is the right term).

Yesterday we heard that this man knew things about the case that only the murderer could know. If that is true, then either he is the one, OR he must know, or has corresponded with, the real murderer, OR he somehow found out what was in the investigation files. I can't think of another reason he'd know things he shouldn't have known.

Yesterday I was elated when I heard that. Coming back to reality, I know this would not be the first time reports have been wrong.

I hope to God those reports are true. I could not stand this case falling apart and then have people say "See, a scapegoat for the Ramsey's. We always 'knew' she did it."

I missed most of the presser. What little I heard was someone who was being very careful not to turn this into a circus or hurt their case.

"he somehow found out what was in the investigation files"

Good point. Also, I read on one of these threads that Karr had corresponded with Jonbenet's grandparents under the guise of writing an investigative piece on the murder.
