They took 5 polygraphs passed them all.

When did they take them and by whom were they administered? I've heard that when polygraphs are administered by someone who's friendly to you (like your defense lawyer) you're likely to be cool, calm and collected even if you're guilty. It's not as if your defense lawyer is going to release the results if you failed.

I,for one,am far from certain who killed the girl. All I know is that there were hundreds of things that the parents said and did that make me strongly suspect that at least one of them knew something about what happened.

Sometimes we have to double think what we read. The Ramseys were coming up with all kinds of scenarios in their mind. We perceive it as "their thoughts" but in reality they are "ramblings".

The converse can be true as well. If you're in a stressful situation with people who are not being nice to you, you can fail even if you are telling the truth. There's a reason why we don't rely on the polygraph much anymore. The FBI and other agencies do use them for hiring purposes, but that's a different situation. I can see why the Ramsey's lawyer would tell them only to submit to a polygraph done by a neutral or hired party even if they were innocent. Again, I'm not saying this guy killed JonBenet. All I'm saying is the fact that the Ramseys took polygraphs in non-stressful situations shouldn't be thought of as suspicious.

What you heard is not true. Most people are very nervous about it. The guy who gave the Ramsey's their tests has been doing it since 1968. Over 20,000 tests administered. He is past president of the national association for this profession. He said he had his results confirmed by another noted examiner in a blind review of the charts. I have no opinions about the guilt of anyone in this case, but there is no obvious reason to question the honesty of the lie dector tests just because they were done privately, rather than at the police station.

Administrator of test has been on FOX several time. He's been doing the test for over 28 years. Has taught the technique at the FBI school. Sent his results to the man who invented the test (He reaffirmed his results). Works for several notable LE agencies.......Credentials are the very best.... Did not previously know or keep in contact with the family. They didn't do it!
