I printed it out and found it using the cached option in google.
Yes it was another member and Karr appears to be in the press section.
The person appears to have a female appearance with long girls hair and apparently a dress on.
John Marl Karr's son?
If the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and he is at least a young adult, it could be.

right, the only cached version is of john mark karr ii's friend's page. When I first found John Mark Karr II's ACTUAL page, you could click on it and view very limited stuff (his picture mainly). Now when you click to go to his profile, they tell you it's been removed. Probably the kid removed it once he realized how much hate postings he was going to get because of his father.
