I listened to the brother's interview on Greta's show. The guy makes a poor witness for his brother. He wasn't sure of anything and Greta seemed to surprise him with some of the info she had. It sounded like a family who had "lost touch".
I agree with your take -- couldn't believe it when he said that he didn't know if his brother was married or not.
