Boulder police presser in the morning. I am content to wait.
Please accept my apology. Wow, I've not seen or heard this yet!
Richard Allen Davis is sitting on California Death Row for the murder of Polly Klaas. ,, and likely will die there and not due to the imposition of the death penalty, more likely as a result of overdose or old age.
I am more interested on the other details of the crime - how he got into the house, the idea that he hung out there to find material to make notes, did a practice note, etc.
Yes, beyond sickening. I sure hope you're right, because if you are, you have scooped the whole of the news media!
add foot prints outside the residence or lack thereof to the list
And if she is wrong, what do you tell the poor sap on the resume. Arm chair quarterbacks can do damage just ask Richard Jewell.
He will not escape death, and that is when i suspect he will actually start to serve his time. (with no chance of parole)
I said it might not be him. If you think the link should be taken off I'll ask the Admin Moderator to do so.

Yup.. I would much rather try and figure out a way to get Fox to quit giving Code pink and Leo Turrell any camera lens or mike time.. ;-)
Supposedly this Karr guy had studied both the Ramsey and the Klass killings in great detail.
Leo Terrell -- wow --- does he have to ALWAYS shout?
He was bad last night on with Hannity, even worse today on his radio shop..
CAIR must have him on retainer
show .. oops
I saw him last night --- I was afraid he was asked back tonight. If only he wouldn't SHOUT.
That's real interesting that this ex-wife says he was with her in Alabama during the entire Christmas season of 1996. Maybe the police are arresting him as a material witness because they believe he knows who the killer is. I'm curious what the Boulder PD will say tomorrow. On the other hand, 1996 is ten years ago and his ex-wife may have forgotten exactly what happened that year.
Where was Karr on December 26, 1996? If he was in Alabama as his family claims, he did not commit the murder. Time will tell as all the evidence comes out.
>>>Maybe he wants to get into a prison in the US.
Good. He can be the first to test the Adam Walsh Act.
unless he drove to Colorado, there would have to be airline tickets. even if he drove, there would be credit card receipts for gas/food/motels.
somehow, they have to place him in colorado. the DA just can't say "well, he said he was there" - there has to be evidence.
Sean asked Leo if he ever got tossed out of a courtroom.
Leo said that he is the lawyer that Sean would want as his attorney if he ever had to go to court.
I don't know. The jury is out on that one, imo, especially after last night.
usually my wife tells me to quit watching the show when I start yelling back at the TV, usually at Alan.. lol
With Leo On,, I have to Yell WHAT? at her to outshout Leo when I tell her, Yes Dear. . ;-)
