PETALUMA (KRON) -- It now appears the only person ever arrested in connection with the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey once taught in Petaluma schools.
The Sonoma County district attorney's office is now confirming 42-year old John Mark Karr was charged with possession of child pornography in April, 2001. Other reports indicate Karr served as a substitute teacher in the Petaluma elementary school system.
Prosecutors say Karr failed to show in court in December, 2001. He's been a fugitive ever since.
Thai police arrested Karr Wednesday in connection with the Jon Benet Ramsey case. The little girl was found dead in her Boulder, Colorado home the day after Christmas, 1996.

I've held off posting this resume for "John Karr" (except to M4Ks) but I think this is our guy. Note, I could be wrong. But these articles show that he left the country in 2001.

I was concerned why he wouldn't list the places in the USA at which he taught. Maybe he was hiding.

The thing about this, and Rush noted it at the time, is that too many were upset that he flipped everyone off -- moreso than what he did to that girl. Like, "now, he's gone too far."
Being flipped off means absolutely nothing except the person doing the flipping is deranged.

I got it by jostling around some search words combined with his name.
Sickening read isn't it? If it's him. His vagueness about where he taught paused me from posting earlier.
I asked fanfan earlier if their was a construction issue for the Ramsey house, she said yes - our guy has a construction backgoround...but so do a lot of people.
