scarborough is out of his mind to talk about this as if its a slam dunk that this is the guy, based on what we know now.
Since his confession came while in custody in Thailand for charges, that was my thought, too.
Yes. Richard Davis who gave two famous one finger salutes to the camera as they gave him the death penatly. That was like 12 years ago and his appeals process is not even started yet. The death penalty in California is like a 20 year process.

One nice thing is that they got him and now he can face the charges in California even if he isn't the one who killed JonBenet. His fascination with the deaths of young girls and his pedophile past strongly suggest that he'd murder in the future if he hasn't done so already.

His wife says he's an expert on the case. Apparently he's pored over every detail. Maybe that explains his knowledge of the case that's been referred to in the reports that are coming out. Is this the typical media tendency to jump on a story before the details are known? Where's the Boulder connection with this guy?

Polly lived in Petuluma, so I can understand the heightened interest in a local murder, and Jon Benet's was a national story for months.
It'd sure be nice if he is the murderer.
