One of the two and both bad ideas to comment until they have more details. I was shocked at the lack of what the brother knew about the whereabouts of his brother and what he was up to since he didn't know his brother was divorced.

She tells us she's devastated and embarassed by these murder charges, but she does not believe that her husband did it. She says that during Christmas season of 1996 when JonBenet Ramsey was strangled and beaten to death in Colorado, they were living in Alabama at the time and she was with him the entire Christmas season. That's a pretty good alibi.

I have no confidence in the one guy as he was convinced by the brother that he was never in Boulder when the brother didn't know he was divorced. Amazing people like that are the ones doing the investigation.
