Ok, I was wondering if there was any correlation between when he finally finished his report and the incident, but the article said his report was turned over to the defense I think on the 17th.
Even so, he writes this report about this poor victim who was raped and called names and then he turns around and calls an innocent cook the same name?

The News and Observer knew a BALD man was the Ringleader according to the cook, when they led an article on the subject like this:
"DURHAM - District Attorney Mike Nifong should be worried THAT THE LEAD DETECTIVE in the Duke lacrosse rape case is being investigated over a late-night brawl outside a Raleigh sports bar, former Durham prosecutors said Monday."
They don't say he should be worried because Clayton was there or other officers were there - and they were - they say "LEAD DETECTIVE".
They always know more than they report - and that's why Gottlieb was the only officer's picture plastered next to the articles in various papers - IMO.
