The warrant serves as prosecution action in regard to Statutes of Limitations.

But if the state allows the warrants to expire without being served has the statute of limitations lapsed? And how does one serve an expired warrant? Would a new warrant not violate the statute of limitations?

As I have said all along, blacks, their racist organizations and their leadership have behaved abominably throughout this, and I will reiterate my objection to Cash Michaels' assertion last week that blacks will be owed an explanation as to why there will be no trial. Their behavior throughout, as well as establishing themselves as a bloc vote based on racist goals, has contributed mightily to this debacle.

The reason I say demographics is because this woman and a mayor will be from two different demographics. In this case, middle or upper middle-class vs. white trash. Is it possible she's the daughter of a former mayor? Yes, but highly unlikely.

From what we have all been seeing, it appears that Durham has white trash and black trash, nothing else. Basic trash.
