Simple: The local microbrew flagship ale, "Valley Trash," 8.5%. Any Czech pivo, such as Rebel or Pilsener Urqell. Failing any of these, I'll just drink water, thank you.

I always support St. Arnold's. Local merchants and all that. Incidentally the brewery has a free tour on Saturday and there is free beer afterwards, with a band playing. Good times had by all.

Sprecher up in Milwaukee is pretty good.

The best beer I ever had was Czech "Budweiser Budvar" on tap. I think it is even better than Czech "Pilsner Urquell" on tap, which is pretty good stuff.

What is your favorite Beer?
Well, personally, I prefer Light Ales, Pilsners and well made Lagers in Summer, a rich creamy Stout in the dead if winter, a tasty Bock in Fall and a hopeful IPA in Spring.
All this typing is making me thirsty for a Homebrew !
On or off the Homebrewers Ping List let me know.
Cheers,
