Enjoy yourselves, guys! I don't get it, honestly ... I find flying so unpleasant that I instinctively correlate "stewardess" with "nausea."
Notice there are no US carriers.
American stewardesses cannot be called stewardesses. They are flight attendents. Many are male. The women are often old or not slim.
It just makes me miss TWA that much more.....sigh...
Is the plural form of stewardess, "Stewardi"?
Asiana and KAL have some lookers.
Definitely not United. And definitely not Southwest.
It seems that most American air carriers have gone to "sky hags" (yep, that's what the younger stews call 'em; I didn't come up with that one) pretty much across the board. I find it annoying. I clearly remember the days when "stewardess" was a legitimate synonym for "nubile and hot". Now......it's just as likely to be some chunky punkin' who reminds you either of your annoying aunt or that loud-mouthed third grade teacher you had who had never been out on a date in her life.
Can you imagine a bull-dyke stewardess? How about a cross-dresser? And, the requisite number of limp-wrists in tights?
Oh....the humanity.
Where is Singapore Air???????
In addition to being consistently rated amoung the best airlines, it does have the prettiest stewardesses in the most attractive uniforms.
How did I know this would be YOUR thread?!
Who would have guessed that virgins would rake as hotter than hooters?
You have never flown Icelandic. Even the 40+ lead flight attendant on my last flight was an absolute babe. And the 20ish girls --- to die for!!
Including any US airline (well, okay, maybe Hooters) is a ridiculous stretch of the imagination.
I actually wrote a customer comment to JAL begging them to buy out and operate a US carrier.
Southwest????
I think not.
Some cuties on Mexicana -- they at least still wear short skirts.
Singapore Airlnines seem to have the most beautiful.
