I couldn't bring myself to. I've known too many alcoholics to be able to.
I'm not saying he shouldn't be held accountable in any way whatsoever. He should pay for all of his deeds. I just wonder what could have driven him this far off of the edge.
He looks a bit drunker than just tipsey. BTW you don't have to be roaring drunk to have uncontrolable behavior and memory loss. Researchers have seen this occurance with alcohol blood levels below .15. Though more common with higher levels it seems to be more closely associated with how quickly the blood level rises.
I suspected something happened that frustrated him and he ducked into the bar and had a few quick belts. Maybe it was years since he drank and he got drunk very quicly. Then loss memory and all inhibitions.
Of course it could be the cop simply put down a low blood level to keep a first time occurance from being as severe. Or he did so to make Gibson look worse.
Well there were no women with him when pulled over. And I doubt there was enough time to have sex before that.
There isn't anything you can tell from those pictures... even perfectly sober people in candid pictures are caught in all kinds of poses and funny expressions. Get caught mid blink and most of us look stoned out of our minds.
The pictures show nothing.
The cop can't just pick a number out of a hat... BAC is evidence. It would have a printout test result.
Just to be clear, I was talking about Moore, not Gibson. Moore is a traitor and should be tried and executed.
Gibson is an alcoholic, apparently. I wish him a speedy recovery. I don't care about his love or hate of jews. I haven't cared what gibson has said since he attacked our president, who is 10 times the man he is.
You want to have a baby when you are both 50 and drunk? Well if you do so, be sure to be too drunk to remember it, then it will be as if you had no pain.
I have no idea what he was up to beforehand and really don't care. I just thought the pics were funny and the chicks were hot.
Considering he was telling a cop he would F### him. Hammering the seat, trying to run off, don't you think he was a lot drunker than .12 and would say someting he didn't mean to strike back at the cop?
They can and do. A good lawer may do something with that, but most of the time the Jury will go with the cop. Cops are notorious liars. I have had a cop catch me for speeding, I told him I was not and went to court. During the trial the cop said he took my picture at an intersection before where I turned onto the road. There was no print out and it was his word against mine. The won. I fought the law and lost.
Don't you think the cop could get the BAC machine to make printouts prior to an arrest? They do that with radar guns. They sling them or take readings of trains or airplanes to get their man.

One of them was perhaps the horsiest-faced female I've ever seen, even more than that broad on Sex and the City.
I do know a little about this... I'm sure he was enraged at the loss of control of being arrested. Drunk arrested people say really obnoxious things that they usually wouldn't say in a polite company. That's true.
But I wouldn't defend them. Wouldn't tie myself to excuses about them. I've been around a lot of drunk people on a rant about something or another.... No doubt alcohol can escalate the language, volume and bad manners in a person... but never had one go off about the jews... Never had one take a position they hadn't ever had a thought about before.
OTOH, could be that Mel is an arrogant, overbearing butt when he's sober & that a .12 drunk Mel is just a slight to moderate exaggeration of his 'normal' behavior.
So you have a lot of paranoia about cops.... OK that helps put your logic into perspective.
OH COME ON! Drunk people say anything to hurt when they have lost control of their behavior! I have heard of a very drunk priest call a devout woman a whore! Why? Because it would inflict the max sting. Did that mean he really thought so?
BTW, alcoholism is high with priests. Lonely and sipping wine each Sunday.
Every thing I have heard about him is he is somewhat arrogant, but only when it comes to his profession. He does use profanity, but is nonetheless a gentleman. Though I have no idea how true it is. Be that as it may only a moron or a drunk would behave that way to a cop. I think one of the Gabor twins behaved this way, but they are morons.
Like the old saying goes, a 2 at 10 is a 10 at 2.
