Dunno, leilani. One again, we have to keep in mind that most of what we've seen thus far is "he said / they said", although it appears that this time it is UCI saying that Landis hasn't requested the test yet.
Then there's the question of whether or not Phonak can make the request to do the 'B' test on a weekend.
