How does the final leg match up with Landis's strengths? What's are the Tour prognosticators saying regarding his chances of winning?

How does the final leg match up with Landis's strengths? What's are the Tour prognosticators saying regarding his chances of winning? The final day is almost always cerimonial in nature. The last time it was contested (as I recall) was 1989 when it was an ITT. They usually figure that the winner is determined the day before.

He is the winner. This stage is simply to cheer him as the winner. He could fall down and the leaders would stop to let him keep his lead. Yesterday was the final racing stage.
