"You're a noob. We honor the Constitution around here. Read the first amendment."
Islam is no more a religion than fascism was. We banned those organizations in WWII. "Free exercise" doesn't include illegal acts. It never has.
"Islam is to dominate and not to be dominated" - Mohammad.
"I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future." Minneapolis Star Tribune on April 4, 1993, Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR
More on CAIR:
http://www.danielpipes.org/article/2811
"Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran . . . should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth." Omar Ahmad, CAIR
Again, they will use our laws against us. It is already happening in Europe.

Islam is a cult, not a religion and it should be banned in Western society.
What do you think would happen if this was put on a national ballot this fall:D

Pity that'll never happen until its too late. The barbarians aren't AT the gates, they're INSIDE the gates courtesy of the courts, the Democrats, the uACLU, and the rest of the usual suspects. The Left was the Trojan horse - and those gates are still wide open. Witness the Taliban Goebbels allowed into the US on a student visa....

Islam is no more a religion than fascism was. It is one of the world's three great religions.
You may as well give it up. You'd neve win a court of law.

It's neither "great" nor a "religion". Neither was Communism or National Socialism or the Cult of the Emperor in Japan. Islam is entirely temporal in nature.
"You may as well give it up. You'd neve win a court of law."
Which is why we're doomed just as Europe is if we don't stop allowing the ACLU and their ideological kin to run the country. We can't even NAME the enemy without being pilloried!

It's neither "great" nor a "religion".If that's the way you feel, you best get working on a constitutional amendment. That's the only thing that will work.

It wasn't required to ban the Emperor Cult, was it? Just what do you base calling our enemy "great"? Numbers? Was Communism one of the "great ideologies"?

"The Ummah has declared war on us. We're dealing with people who desire to overthrow the Constitution, and replace it with their Islam - which is more a political system than a religion. That can't be tolerated. They will use our better natures against us."
You may have an idea here! We redefine what Islam is. It is not a religion so they are not covered under the constitution. That was easy. Now this 'not tolerating political systems' I'll have to think about that for awhile.

"Now this 'not tolerating political systems"
If that political system seeks to overthrow the Constitution and replace it, then that won't be a problem from a legal perspective.

One of my favorite lines nowadays is: You Americans are now the laughing stock of Europe. Oh, JOY, what an honor it is to be laughed at by a bunch of pathetic poodle nations, who have long since surrendered to the inevitable fact that they will shortly cease to exist, having fully acquiesced in being defeated without a shot, by hordes of muzzies rotting them out from within.
It is a great honor indeed to be laughed at by such countries, becuase it signifies that America is nothing like them. They are basically one big France.
Not to spoil my own point, but the Republican Congress better get it right on immigration or we may head the same way as the poodles.

Did FDR need a Constitutional Amendment to inter all those US citizens of Japanese ancestry after Pearl Harbor?

Did FDR need a Constitutional Amendment to inter all those US citizens of Japanese ancestry after Pearl Harbor? Were they interred because of their religious beliefs?
Anyway, the Japanese internment was one of the more shameful episodes in our country's history.

What about the plotting and inciting to murder American citizens? If you are aware of some individuals who are doing those things, you should report them.
However, indicting an entire religion based on the actions of a few is ridiculous.
