Yep the 17 page motion was what I expected it to be:
1. A repeat of Nifong's prior statements to show Titus how uninformed he was when issuing his motion. I wonder if Titus issued his motion in response to Nifong whining.
2. A review of the relevant Constitutional law pointing out to Titus how dumb he is about Constitutional law.
My read as well. Given that Titus grossly over-reached is he likely to back down or will they have to appeal?
