Thank you. I've read it now. It's hard to see where 3.6 applies to non-lawyers. Is there any precedent or basis for a judge to order defendants or witnesses into silence?
The Judge will simply ignore this motion just like he has so many others.

There was a movie a while back that starred Cher, Dennis Quaid and the dad from "Frasier" where the judge was really hard on the defense and then it turned out the judge was the actual murderer. I don't know why that movie just came to mind....
