I think once one ID is proven wrong, the reasonable doubt is overwhelming for the other two accused. No way a conviction for any of them if all it is based on is the "victim's" ID.

No. I think the chance of getting a huge payoff for the governor of NC to give everybody a pardon is too great for them to let go of it. (JMHO, of course).
That I can't say, not being familiar with the Durham judiciary.
One can hope.
IMO, it's more likely that we'll be invaded by little green men before the trial that for us to see a Durham Judge stick his neck on the line (career suicide) with a Directed Verdict.
One may give them a Directed Verdict - direct them to convict that is!
How do you like the fact that the Media has totally ignored Nifong's special "hiding" of Kim's case (she's not on the docket or court schedule on-line) and the fact that Stephens/Nifong keep puttting off hearing of the facts.
This when it is well known that the Durham Courts are overloaded and backlogged and a one Kerry Sutton has multiple times, prior to this case, called the Durham Fire Dept and complained about the Durham Court rooms exceeded the MAX amount of persons for the public safety. I believe Nifong is on record supporting Sutton for calling the Fire Dept and making an issue out of the overcrowded courtrooms that are unsafe due to the overcrowding.
$ 25,000.00 Stolen and nothing paid in 5 years and NOT ONE SINGLE DAY in jail !
