No. I think the chance of getting a huge payoff for the governor of NC to give everybody a pardon is too great for them to let go of it. (JMHO, of course).
BTW, whatever happened to the question of where Kim and co. were BEFORE they came to Buchanan street? Did they have a gig at NCCU? A frat there?
There was speculation about that--but it's apparently dropped from sight.
(Maybe they were at a hotel with someone known to Durham's finest?)
