The Police only expected 5 blacks and 40 showed up?
Gottlieb was actually the one attacked and he broke off his fingernails fighting the cook and then Fled to save his life?
The Poor, black cook ordered 5 white Cops so he could humilate them?
Or when the Cook made a comment about using the Night Stick on the Cops - they broke down crying and then ran to Bar bathroom?
The 5 white cops actually aren't suspended, but they are in Police protection because the Cook has made threats towards them?
Did Barry hear that Kim Roberts is writing letters to agents wanting to know how to take advantage of this Cook's beating?
Did Barry uncover that the cook had signs, symptoms, and injuries consistent a Redneck Whoopin' ?
It's coming out via Nifong's office, that the Cook actually started the melee, when he said of Gottlieb's clothes - somebody's done been to the Wal-Mart!
Gottlieb and company didn't mean any harm - he and his brothers used to love to play Stomp the Cook when growing up in Kentucky.
The crime wasn't racially motivated - but the Cops thought it was a Bonus!

I was going off on the News Media coverage. Why is it, in this case, any exculpatory information has to be dug up by the Good people on sites like this?
And why are so many in the Dark because they read the Paper in the morning and have no clue about Judge Stephens - Nifong - and Kim Roberts Favorable Deals and clever scheduling?
I wonder if these lovely photos can be assurance that the lovely Ms/Mr. Jakki will not be a witness for the prosecution. I truly can't imagine the cross examination!
