I hate that the addresses are given to Nifong, but the lawyers will instruct the guys to refer anything to them.

BFD. This gives Nifong nothing he couldn't have gotten easily anyway. The addresses are all moot since I bet most of the laxers are going to be back on campus in a couple of weeks anyway. I agree that it's the DukeCard info that Nifong wanted and he doesn't get that.

I agree. The addresses don't matter a hoot. It'll be easy for Nifong to get the addresses of the returning players. As the graduated players, what's to tell that Duke will even have that information? At best Duke can pass on the last known address.

Protect the Bill of Rights posted the cache link in post 240 of this thread. It shows couch's homepage as of July 4, 2006. When you try to navigate further through his myspace page you get "Invalid Friend ID. This user has either cancelled their membership, or their acccount has been deleted."

And the addresses are also made moot by the oft-mentioned point that the laxers are all represented by counsel who are supposed to be the DA's point of contact with the laxers. Of course after the dorm raid in Edens quad, we all know that Nifong doesn't respect that particular provision.
