My kittie "Musica" is 24 years old. Up until now, she has done well but the vet says her thyroid is failing.
She has been with me for almost my entire adult life. She has been on thyroid (and other) medication for the last 6 years but it looks like the medication isn't working any more.
The vet said radiation therapy might work but 24 equates to over a hundred years old in human terms. It would be torture to put her through that. Even a trip to the vet is an ordeal.

A truly handsome boy kitty!
My Pumpkin looked like him when he was small. He is a very big Alpha male that I found out this week he is scared of thunder because we had bad storms during this week.

Awwwwwwwwwww...what a real sweetie!
I don't know how to post pictures, but if I did, I would post a couple of pictures of my daughter's two Scottish fold kitties. They'll never replace the beloved one she lost last year, but they are such a hoot and have brightened the lives of my daughter, s-i-l, and grandson.

They were little babies and came to the glass of the cage and said plain as day "Can we come home now?"We love and understand cats here .................... my wife and I took four of them (the little orange ones) who asked us to take them home.
They're still here.............. they own us.

Okay... I'm not a big cat fan, but that picture should be posted on cuteoverload.com. Yes, it's a real site!

Thanks for the pics of Musica. What a sweet kitty.
I bought a digicam a few months before our beloved Cammie died. I took beaucoup pictures, just about every day over those last months, and they have been an incredible comfort to us.

Oh, what a sweet little face. Her personality sure comes through. That one where she's all stretched out and laxed on her pillow...so cute!

What a pretty little lady. Really love the third photo down. She certainly has pillow control and usage well under control.

My now 19 year old son and Secret Agent Orange.
Tommy was ill and Dr. Orange was making him better.
It worked.

freedumb2003,
I'm glad your kitty is feeling better!
To y'all,
I'm gonna get me an orange cat just so I can name it Secret Agent Orange. I love that name.
That name is TOWED!
