I like Shep Smith very much, actually. I think he has a great sense of humor. I enjoy watching him because he makes me laugh every day at least once in his program. Who else adds that to the straight news? Some people say he's not at all straight, but gay, and you call him a "drama queen". I don't care if he IS gay because if he is he certainly does not push a gay agenda. He's probably a lib, but he doesn't push that agenda either. I just find him enjoyable.

I like Shep too - but sometimes he is over-dramatic like Geraldo. Think katrina. That's why everyone here busts on him.

I like his show too. And his wit. I just didn't care for his live reporting during the hurricanes last year. I don't like it when anchors go out on the field to be in the "thick of it". I prefer Shep at the studio and Rick Leventhal, for example, in the field.

By "Drama Queen" I didn't mean to question his sexuality. None of my business. For me it's just a term used to describe someone who puts an exagerated dramatic emphasis on something.

He is entertaining and I don't think he's that biased either . He just goes way overboard when they send him out into the field and he comes off way too Geraldoesque . Keep Shep behind the news desk , that's where he belongs .
