>> The folks in Florida would have sucked it up, got to work and moved on a long time ago.
That's because most folks in Florida have made a habit out of working. A lot of citizens in NOLA never have.

I'm sorry I wasn't on that thread. I would have taken up for you. Because he WAS stupidly hysterical. And he almost got his @ss whipped by a local. I think he peed his Thursday panties. And this was on a Saturday.

You know we better be careful, Shep may try to run us down the next time we're all on campus for a game.

I suddenly got an image of Shep reporting on a shopping center being bombed by turkeys on Thanksgiving Day:

...he has already made it look as though we are in the middle of WWIII with our hands tied behind our backs. That is a good way to describe his rants. Now look: he tosses to Wendell Goler traveling with the President. Goler is calm, gives perspective to the situation, and Goler tosses to a Bush sound bite: Bush's words are calm, too...
And yet, yet Shep finds reason to PANIC!

I've hated him ever since his Katrina coverage.
As soon as his face comes on the screen, I turn the channel.

They really should have a live News team that can go up against CNN when..you know...Live News is occuring. Seems a glaring hole in Ailes' strategy. They should have a competent non-metrosexual backdrop to support their shows. I really dont want to watch CNN with my treason glasses on but sometimes have no choice.

He is about as frantic as any woman I've ever seen.
Ahem! There are some of us women, you know, who are considerably less frantic than Shep (or Geraldo, for that matter).
